About Phil

Phil is committed to seeing a change in the inclusion of disabled and neurodiverse people through supporting employers to make meaningful and sustainable changes to their culture. He believes that this can only be achieved by treating them as a partner and empowering them to have ownership of their own journey.

Through working with employers over the last 7 years to understand their challenges in becoming more disability and neurodiversity inclusive, Phil brings a unique and fresh approach to solving the problem of disability and neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace. A strategic thinker who is a master of seeing the underlying problem and developing a plan to resolve it, he is using his own unique problem-solving traits to make a real difference.
