Event Accessibility

When registering for the conference, attendees will be asked for their accessibility requirements. All requests for accommodation will be actively addressed, and where necessary attendees will be contacted for further information.

At the conference venue

The venue is accessible, and has accessible rooms available. Features include:

  • Wheelchair access to entrance/exit, lifts
  • Accessible bathrooms
  • Accessible parking available
  • Accessibility ramps
  • Guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome in all areas.

NZSL interpreters are available if requested.

Conference material

All videos played at the conference will be captioned and audio described, with transcripts available upon request.

Printed materials will be made available as digital versions on the website, and can be made available in accessible formats upon request.


We encourage all attendees to be aware that there may be people in attendance with lowered immunity, and we request that attendees:

  • Stay home if they are sick
  • Practice good hygiene protocols, including regular hand washing and sanitising.
