The New Zealand Disability Employers’ Network (NZDEN) is a network of NZ employers committed to improving their disability and neurodiversity inclusion and accessibility practices.
Our shared purpose is –
“New Zealand organisations realise the true potential of disabled people, to the benefit of everyone."
Members of the network seek to:
- Bridge the disability career gap;
- Break down accessibility barriers to equitably serve all; and
- Inspire others to action.
But we are more than a network, we are an employer whānau who have a true community of practice and knowledge around disability, neurodiversity and accessibility.
